Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, you can return it under the following conditions.
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, complete, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
- We need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Within 48 business hours we'll email you the instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item securely packed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send you a replacement or refund the amount, and we'll cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you by email. If the return is approved, we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

If you'd prefer a different model, let us know when you request the return and we'll explain how to proceed.
